Peter is quoted as saying it is more expensive than other treatment in the short term, but has a 50% success rate. I take that to be a 50% failure rate in return for even more squandered funding, but who will ever question Castle Craig's authority in those matters? I do, and believe the 'funding' gravy train will hit the buffers sooner or later.
