That sure worries me, because England and and Scotland register important numbers for drug addicted people, mostly teenagers... The lack of funds for residential treatment simply means more tragedies on the streets...

I've seen quite a few addiction centers go un-noticed, but when someone is relying on your for addiction treatment you cannot ignore.
